Before beginning the program I felt very sluggish, balance was off, tired, strength was weaker than it used to be, old and worn out. I was nervous that I was not going to be able to do what it takes to get stronger and that I was too tired to do to workout. Now, I have more energy, balance is really good now, stronger, smaller in size, eating better. The instructors are very knowledgeable really and do care about your well being. WPT is amazing!
