At Willis Performance Training, we make it our mission to challenge and bring out the best in you through customized training programming and expert coaching in a fun environment, no matter what your current fitness level.

Using our unique strength and conditioning based principles and training strategies, we create high quality, result driven, and affordable personal training solutions to help you feel better than you ever have.

At WPT we believe in the art and science of coaching to not only increase athletic potential, but also develop the confidence and grit needed to excel in life.

Our programs are based on years of science and continual research, and are individually tailored for each and every athlete that walks through the doors.

MEET COACH WILLIS

When Coach Willis was in high school, he told his coaches that he was going to play D1 football and they laughed in his face. At the time he was not a star on the team and didn’t get a lot of playing time. After being rejected by multiple colleges, Willis ended up at Florida International. He never gave up on himself and stayed dedicated to his mission and training.

His sophomore year he walked on to the team and started his last 2 seasons. He achieved his goal of playing D1 football. This experience also allowed him to play professionally in Canada. He wants to help people that were in his shoes. It is also his mission to train anyone that wants to be treated like an athlete and train hard.

He is dedicated to your goals and his team has the expertise to get you long lasting results.
