    My goals was to come back faster and stronger after an injury. Since then, I am stronger and faster than before. The programs are personalized and are sport position and body specific. Programs are about improving in the way the athlete wants to improve instead of just lifting heavy weight or running a lot. WPT is a special place and the trainers there have made me a better athlete and person since my first workout 2 years ago.

    My goal was to play Division 1 football and coach helped me do just that. His insight put me way ahead of other incoming freshman and I was able to make a statement my first year. The training is very organized and specific for the athlete. I put on 30 pounds of lean mass while increasing my speed. I recommend this program to any athlete wanting to improve their game and go to the next level.

    Before beginning the program I felt very sluggish, balance was off, tired, strength was weaker than it used to be, old and worn out. I was nervous that I was not going to be able to do what it takes to get stronger and that I was too tired to do to workout. Now, I have more energy, balance is really good now, stronger, smaller in size, eating better. The instructors are very knowledgeable really and do care about your well being. WPT is amazing! I actually look forward to going to work out and feel so much better after! Thank you WPT!!!!!

    Initially, I thought that it would be so hard that I couldn’t do well and see results. But I feel much stronger, much more motivated,much more energy,much more tone since starting 4 months ago.
